Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Our web site uses GeoTrust®, the the world’s second largest digital certificate provider, to ensure that your online transactions conducted on our site are secure.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all sales made with a California postal code.

Returns / Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products all sales are final. However if there is an issue with size or quality or if you have a specific question please email us at service@graceleedesigns.com.

Ring Size

If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend that you visit a local jeweler to have your finger sized.

All orders are made-to-order and will ship within 14-21 days of purchase unless noted otherwise. Domestic shipping is a $10 flat rate. Shipments are made via USPS Priority and usually take 2-3 days for receipt within the continental US. If you need your order sooner please email us at service@graceleedesigns.com and we will do our best to accomodate your request. International shipments are $20 and are also sent USPS Priority. International shipments usually take about 7-14 days for receipt depending on the country.

At Grace Lee Designs, we hold copyrights and patents on all of our designs and images. We request that you respect our intellectual property. Please do not copy or reproduce our designs or images. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
